Caffeine and Optygen HP

Does Caffeine affect the benefits of Optygen HP? If you were to take your morning dose of Optygen, then slam a cup of coffee are you limiting the benefits?

25km Trail run nutrition report
Well, this event was a bit different than a normal competition. Even so, I wanted to put my race morning breakfast to the test, and see how the gut fared with EFS product at a high intensity. All said the event took 2hrs and 1 minute. 1st place and a new course record. Average Hr for the race was 166 and a max in the mid 170's.

First impressions of First Endurance

Heather and I are hoping to drive the RV over for a few (maybe 4) weeks before the race. Don't suppose someone may have a contact with a piece of property where we may park ourselves?

Thank goodness- I have been washing down my Ultragen HP and Multi-V with coffee for a while now. In fact- if they came out with FE Coffee I would have the trifecta!
