Another Columbia is in the books and I am very pleased with my effort yesterday. I placed 2nd, 10 seconds behind Terenzo Bozzone and posted the fastest bike split of the day by 2.5+ minutes. Race morning was cold and wet and add the challenging course, we were in for a tough day! After an average swim, I hit the bike in 7th and quickly made my way to the front of the race. Hi Everyone

Just checking in with about a week to go before one of my favorite races, the Columbia Triathlon. This is a very special race and is always my first "big" race. The course suits my strengths with all of the climbing on the bike and run. This year looks to be very competitive with 70.3 World Champ Terenzo Bozzone and fellow 1st Endurance teammate Michael Lovato racing. Training has gone really well since my opening race in Miami and I am excited to show my improved fitness!
